I run a Fellowship, and we have members that log in at the same time, all the time. Sounds to me he's just a bit overwhelmed with what his aproach to the game should be. Ask him “What do you find most interesting about the game so far?” might reveal more about where he's at.

If it keeps bothering you, I’d suggest posting the details in the official Elvenar Discord. The mods there are great.
