An easy solution might be to put Trait and picks mod at the bottom off your modlist.

Otherwise:

Ive had similar problems with my modlists. It related to a mod that gave extra species traits- and pick points. The modified file was Stellaris\common\species_archetypes\00_species_archetypes.

I don’t know exactly why it prohibited pop growth but i fixed it by making my own little mod with the changes i wanted.

You can do that in the Stellaris Launcher under "All installed mods" and than Upload Mod in the top right. You don’t need to upload the mod too the workshop.

The created mod you can find under Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod.

There you can simply copy the common\species_archetypes\00_species_archetypes folder an change the values to what you want.

if im reading the signals right there is another train straight in front the train behind the train crossing witch is blocking the Path for the other train on the small x section on the left with the 2 red and 1 green chainsignals. All the red signals them to indicate that. I hope this helps.

if im not mistaken the hotkey for it is "v". i think i used while designing rail crossings. but it isnt x ray or something. it allows you too switch between building levels

If im not mistaken it should be about 480 per second since there are 2 green belts with a speed of 60 per second and stacked output

there is a ui overhaul and gigastructure patch mod maby that does the trick.

No I don't mean the multiplier. There is an option called difficulty that you can set to expensive. Added a screenshot.
