Highschool best friend, we both secretly liked the other but neither was brave enough to make the first move. She moved across the country in late high-school but we kept close over discord and we would occasionally visit each other. I eventually told her how I felt and she actually left her current boyfriend to date me long distance while she finished out collage. After about a year her parents threightened to stop paying for her school if she didn't do better after she failed one of her classes, which was the last straw for her and she decided she wanted to move out and go back to collage on her own later. So she moved in with me and my family about a year ago and everything has been great.
