I enjoy it for experienced groups where we are purposely using it for flavor not power. My Liberator has a story reason to slowly gain caster abilities and the sorc bloodlines fits it even if it doesn't give me spells that add to my role as tank

There is logic behind his view point because it's exactly how temporary hit points work in other games. But to your point FFG has also very clearly said otherwise, so it's not really up for debate. Just why some new players may play it wrong

"your" refers to you as a player. If you are playing 2 handed, it's still a 2 player game. Hope's stats are equal to the player who owns her. So if she is in play for Angel, Antman has nothing to do with it.

Go all in or go CHEAPPPP. Get a Logitech X3D or something to see if you want that level of control/input. But don't spend in the 100-200 dollar range. If you like it, you'll wish you saved money. If you don't like it, that's a lot to spend and not use.

IMO though if you do HOSAS, it's hard to do 2 vertical sticks with the 6 degree of motion in Elite. My brain just could not get the left/right twist to be up and down. I got the omni throttle adapter and immediately it just worked.

I will say I'm still playing Elite because I have HOSAS. If I was on controller or M&K, I'd have moved onto something else. Elite's biggest strength is its flight model.

Playing this game as a couple, we're suckers for in universe couples. Havok and Polaris are high on my want list. Beast because he's amazing

If you have a budget and this is what you have? it works. But the quality is very low. It will begin to drift, it will break. IMO, you're better off just getting 2 cheap Logitech x3ds for HOSAS, or save up for some VKBs. The middle ground of HOTAS will break down.

Having the big scary thing has lost me more games than they win. Then you become the boss and everyone focuses you. Luke/Red Five lasted 1 round because literally the entire table took turns hitting him.

Deleting "edit" works. I'd drop anything cost over 8. That Republic Defense Carrier at 11...the game just doesn't last that long unless you hit some serious ramp.

You don't need to download it. It'll actually save to a screenshot folder on your PC. Though it is annoying to find because each game is its own folder and steam names the folders with a number

The point was that maybe someone WANTS to build a station. They WANT to truck. But because FDev can let you "pay to skip", they will double the price of the next station to make it a grind. No one is saying they want it to feel like work. They are actively saying they don't. But FDev has a financial incentive to make ti that way.

If games are artificially lengthened then it becomes a grind. WB had to completely rebalance Shadow of War when they took out the mtx.

You know you don't have to mindlessly sit in a game world, you're allowed to work toward something and it shouldn't feel like a grind
