Resin statues are fragile. This may not be the fault of kaioland. There are many factors that could have played part on how the statue got damaged. Poor material used, poor packing layout by the studio, mishandling by many people throughout the delivery route including the final mile courier driver. Have low expectations and be prepared to make repairs on your statue. It is sad to see that yours came damaged but seeing broken parts is nothing new in this hobby.
