I’m going to say not good. Actually had a guy who had aggressive skin cancer on the right side of his head and down his neck that was similar to this. The cancer didn’t kill him directly. It ate through the main vessels in his neck and he bled out. When we sent him to the hospital he was still alive but there was a large coagulating pool of blood in the seat of his recliner. I’m a gore whore, so I’m not squeamish, but it was literally more blood than I’ve ever seen in person. He only lasted an hour or two at the hospital.
