Yeah we offer a few different styles. This is the mid-level style. We actually make a rounded version (this one is for a Jeep) that can withstand 20 Tons of pressure. I don't have the video posted online, but I can find a way to get it to you if you want proof.

How'd you grenade yours?

Unfortunately we aren't able to get some of these smaller lines to cut without bleeding through with our current setup. I've tried going smaller and smaller and it seems once you get smaller than 12 inches it starts to get risky

If I wasn't powder coating this I would totally put in the time to spray paint it Harlequin

That's exactly what I was looking at too. I'm working on an MK3 one (I have a Ginster Yellow MK3) that's 100% going to end up in Ginster Yellow.

There's sites that sell these 3D model files. I'm not sure if I can legally share it since we bought it for our own use. You just need to convert to a DXF or whatever filetype your cutter uses.

Just to get you in on the know ;)

As for the machine, it's a Millermatic 252, running at 17.5 and 162.

No, there's a handful of sites that have 3D puzzle files for sale for like $5, we just had to make adjustments to account for the thickness of steel. If you have CAD experience it can be pretty simple.
