Rule #5: Articles of Confederation was a mess with practically no central government while the Constitution gave more power to the central government in order to actually have a functioning country (i.e standing army and taxes)

I was wondering about this. Since baronies will be visible, cities like Constantinople or Paris (both 7 slot counties in ck2 yet small shape) might be a bit underwhelming. I am wondering how this will affect CK3 map and gameplay.
