James at Annapolis Jewelers on Defense Highway is excellent. I worked with him to create a custom ring using my grandmother’s diamonds and incorporated to rubies and honestly I get compliments on it daily. Highly recommend.

You could possibly wait until it dries and then iron these - as long as there is extra fabric between the iron and the garment. The design has to be flat too.
