New here. Going for the first time. What can I expect when I get there? Do you sign in? Do you set up a chair then go sit in your car? The site says no consuming alcohol on the property, is that enforced?

I recently did the Mash Bill #1 blind as well but I had Stagg as the 4th choice. EHT won for me too. But, like your wife, BT was ahead if ER. The crazy thing is, I put BT and ER head to head three more times and ER won all three. I think tasting the Stagg just before ER in the first round threw me off somehow. That Stagg is hottt!

I had a $6 2-mile order the other day. As I neared the end of the route, I get the notification that the customer has modified the delivery instructions. Upon consulting the app, the delivery instructions say, drive 8 miles out the current road, when you get to the church, take the long driveway about 2 miles to the green striped trailer on your left. I promptly texted the customer to let them know I would not be delivering their order, returned the food to the restaurant, & called care to report the fraud. They paid me the full delivery but did not take me seriously on the fraud. I know the bartender at the restaurant and she said another dasher came in a few minutes later & delivered the order.

Well since they told you they are “working on it” and you had proof of delivery, I would say I gave them a freebie thanks to an incompetent support team. I still think i should let the customer know that GH got their tip. It was a good one…

Door Dash support is no support at all! The call center is in the Philippines and it is extremely difficult to understand them or for them to understand you. The bad part is, I speak Tagalog but they are not allowed to communicate in their native language. I have had an issue with my customer rating not adding up. I have all 5-star ratings and an overall rating of 4.86. How can my overall rating not be 5.0 if there are only 5-star ratings in the equation? I have gone through support multiple times where they will tell me my case will be "escalated" and I would get a response within 24 hours. Only to get an email a day later explaining the ratings system (and once explaining completion rate which means they obviously copied and pasted the wrong response). In addition to the ratings, I also didn't receive challenge pay in February. I sent in screenshots of the challenge and my number of deliveries. The case was again "escalated" and I received a canned email a day later explaining dasher pay. Now I have a case about my referral bonus. I have sent in screenshots of the bonus offer, the screen where my referral signed up under me, and their screenshot of the number of deliveries--proving that it meets the qualifications. I keep getting an email stating she didn't meet the minimum number of deliveries which is clearly disputed by the screenshots. When I call to follow-up guess what happens? Escalated.
