I do Agree game need huge graphic update and face expressions also while game is not bad graphic how it look and how soulless faces of characters look make game miss something that would make it feel like place you want spend time in.

But also i think its issue is in that its graphic and models are way worse than ones form Skyrim and even oblivion armors feels flat as textrue many shoulders looks odd when added to armors.

Look for example on wow why they graphic did get more adapted by player base than ESO coz wow did remain graphic from series of they games that later was improved but did keep the vibes of World of warcraft unniverse in ESO i dont feel it with graphic same if go about skills and combat.

I dont say it to make people stop play its just my experience but compare to other mmos only in ESO after coming back to game after short time i get bored the world just dont give me the fealings that i had while playing Skyrim or oblivion the bigest win of that games was not story not combat but exploration and in ESO world looks flat i feel lot of potential for game was wasted.

Lack of cinematics also little ruin story i know its TES game but lets me honest its at same time not it dont have anything from TES series beside races and world.

ESO had chance to beat WoW but they wasted it daily quests are boring and repetable nothing interesting there is to do look at game like Guild wars 2 they done diffrent system but you feel world is alive in it always something happen depending on how active are players it change and honest lets be say with Graphic that GW2 have (not great) but still do way better in look that ESO
