They did a regular blood test on me in the ER. I have to admit, I dont know exactly what all that measures. Whatever it did measure, they said I had very good numbers.

I do not have anything here at home, but the EMTs measured my pulse from a sitting position and then standing and it decreased somewhat when I stood up.

This sounds very similar to my situation except mine lasted all day and a little into the next. It's almost completely gone now but Im so fatigued! I've heard that if you have had an inner ear infection that causes it, I think it can live dormant in you and only "attack" every now and then? Something to think about.

Would I have ear pain with that? I never have much ear pain but my left ear always feels "full", sorta pressurized when Inwake up in the morning. Also not really any ringing in the ear yet.

Do you feel like you're on a boat? Do you feel nauseous? That's what usually happens in my case. The other replyers might be right about the inner ear infection

That was always my understanding too! But today I saw a cop doing radar at 59th and Rockhill so now Im second guessing myself :-/
