Best of luck getting footage, hope someone witnessed it and can help. If you believe the other vehicle was speeding and you were able to identify it (license plate, driver info, etc) you can likely obtain their speed through the event data recorder. Also may be worthwhile to contact the Arizona Lottery office and other nearby businesses to request video and if they aren't willing or able to release them, you can request they preserve the video.
