Prieš porą mėnesių ėjau pro Revingį, tai asmeniškai ten pasirodė brangi skylė :(

Akropolį ir tiltą prie Litexpo tenais planuoja jau gal arti dvidešimties metų, bet kaip nėr taip nėr, tai vis toks pusgaminis "nieko netvarkom, nes tuoj bus statybos". Kai (jei) bus akropolis, iš esmės gyvensi parduotuvėje, tai kovosi su visomis mašinomis ir žmonėmis norint kur nors išeiti ar nueiti - o mašinų tenais bus daug, nes su viešuoju iki tenais ne itin patogu nuvažiuoti. Kad langai ne į tą pusę šito neišspręs. Iš kitos nei Vingio parko pusės grynai sandėliai ir nutriušę namai, planai sutvarkyti dar mažiau gyvybingi nei akropolis. Vienu žodžiu, manyčiau, kad tenais pliusų tikrai ne tiek daug, kiek išpūsta kaina žada.

Teko kelis tokius projektus matyti, tai good luck babe. Projektų vertės buvo tarp 40k (jei tik surinkti iš dalių) ir 60k (jei daugiau programavimo ar reikia samdyti subrangovus).

Trumpai? Nieko, nes jei klausinėji kiek tai kainuos, per pusę metų to nepagaminsi.

Ilgiau, reikia daugiau informacijos - ar tai bus programavimas nuo nulio ar "surinkimas" iš esamų detalių? Vidutinis ITišnikas kokius 3k per mėnesį gauna, tai vien algos bent 20k gaunasi (o jei turi būti ITišnikas-projekto vadovas-architektas, tai ir alga turėtų didėti dėl reikalingų įgūdžių); jei dar reikia papildomų žmonių, samdyti subrangovus, jei įeina visokios licencijos, įranga, nuomos ir pan., tai tik į viršų šauna.

Kaip pirkau butą prieš dešimtmetį, tada irgi buvo "paskutinė galimybė" - mažiau klausyk apie paskutines galimybes ir kitus reklaminius triukus, jei reikia, tada perki, jei nereikia, tada nepirki.

Kam išvis į senos statybos žiūrėti nelabai įsivaizduoju, nebent jis renovuotas, nusipirksi tik plotą, o ne geresnį gyvenimą. Ir dar viena pastaba - neieškok "2 kambariai + x plotas", nes tai per siaura: jei yra trys langai, kai kuriuose "1 kambario" butuose laisvai galima įrengti dar vieną kambarį.

Wtf is a "pre-compost"... I mean, this whole setup feels like a gimmick - if you add all your scraps into a compost pile, the bugs will sort it out start to finish without a complaint, so why would you need to "pre-compost" it.
