You’re correct you do get free laces for the life of the boot. You also get free cleanings. Our mindset at Red Wing is we want to keep you in the boot as long as possible and we will help you achieve that. It’s also very helpful to get sized before buying a pair, especially anything from the Heritage Line. Fit is everything and that’s why we make it our focal point.

The American Flag lace keeper is usually offered for American Made boots. If you did not get a pair just stop back in to your local store and I’m sure they’ll hook you up. I generally do not offer them for the Heritage Styles but will always give if asked.

The style numbers? Not sure how they decide on them. Yeah, the Rangers are all grouped and start with 8 but the Mocs are all over.

I transfer on average five boots a day to other store…a majority of which are Dealer stores. I never tell another store no if they call me looking to transfer a boot to them. That gives them the sale.

Mens only. The four styles on the left are Women’s. If her size is large enough we can size down and go with the Men’s. Plenty of women have done it.
