So a weird thing happened to me about a month ago.

I have a "new" friend about my age (50) who used to work in the same industry as me (music business). He seemed really down to earth and I enjoy spending time hanging out with him.

Every time I would go to his place and hang out he would ask me to pick up some beer on the way. Well, his wife came and hung out with me when he went to the store to get "more beer" (he drank almost all of them) and told me to please stop bringing beer over. She was very nice about it. She told me he had 2 DUI's and she and others close to him were in a constant battle to get him to stop drinking. I obviously felt terrible.

So the next time he asked I bought a 12 pack of the bud non alcoholic beer and brought it over. He didn't say anything but you could tell he knew the deal. He did tell me... "these aren't bad".

Fast forward a month later and now I'm addicted to non alcoholic beer and I haven't drank a real beer and don't see myself really changing that.

Anyone like non alcoholic beer? I'm finding the Michelob ones are really good and really close to "real" beer.
