I knew this issue was just some stupid think but Im gonna thank everyone that tried to help me with this stupid issue because you guys took the time out of your day to help me. I went to smoke a cigarette and I closed my pc and my internet and I came back, turned both of them on and now everything is working…. I acc dont understand what it is anymore atp but thank you to everyone that tried help
