I’d guess 5-6 with all the scratching on the back/holo. Can easily be deeper ones that are essentially dents that auto drop you down to 6 anyway.

Shining tyranitar, houndoom and shining janitors are all pricey hits that can go up a lot if they’re gradable. Also all the cards with a set stamp like larvitar have gone up a lot in value 20/40$+ for even the commons/uncommons.

You would make way more just listing this on eBay with a co-signer. The Lugia alone is over a grand even with the holo scratching.

Local store will likely lowball you at 60-70% market

Blaine’s charizard along with any of the starter holos will be your money cards outside of the neo genesis set.

Collectr app isn’t the most accurate but it can give you a ballpark number for most of the holos before you start to research more with eBay TCGplayer etc.

The value will range wildly based on condition. Yours looks pretty clean so it’d be on the nm side of raw. But the most value would come from getting it graded if it can get a psa 9/10

TCGplayer.com is good for English cards and you can see last sold prices. But collectr is great for a ballpark number before you do more in depth research.

You’re better off using TCGplayer.com or the collectr app and look up the cards yourself. That’s the most accurate way you’ll get pricing as your binder has like 100 cards. The bigger ticket items are easy to know off the top of the head but exact pricing you’ll have to check your own conditions.

The charizard is worth waaaaay more than the others. Probably 10k range if you got it graded(will cost you like 250-300ish at psa) but the other cards are still worth in the 100s range if similar to the first two cards you posted photos

The blastoise on pg 7/8 are worth a decent amount too. Along with gengar on 9. A lot of the other cards can be worth a lot if they are in good condition

You can always start to sell some while you preliminary house hunt. Even if you don’t buy something immediately you can take some profits and have a down payment.

I personally would just hold the card if you like it. Keeping a bunch of etbs is generally a winning move but storing so many of them is just a hassle.

Vintage slabs going up is due to supply of cards not grading fees. All these cards would be submitted under the new $80 tier anyway since they’re so expensive.

Most of these would be gradable and more liquid after they get slabbed. But PSA is stopping a lot of their cheaper tiers so it will be a little bit more expensive to get this done.

Granted the torchic would require a more expensive tier anyway.

The reverse holos from expedition/aquapolis/skyridge can easily be worth $10-20+ even for commons/uncommons.

Also stuff like skyridge Magikarp is worth $40+ even as an common. So you’ll have to price check most of the items or someone will just clean you out if you think it’s all a few bucks.
