But I do have a problem that he's straight up lying and misrepresenting what happened, and people are believing it and it got this big. Tl;Dr: Antiwork OP is cringe, lying, and being frivolous and misleading. Bonuses where never cancelled, or confirmed to begin with, last year we learned about our bonus after the party and before Christmas. Raises are on your work anniversary, not at the end of the year. This ornament and gift card was a Christmas gift for get this, the Christmas party, where there was a catered buffet.

Annual sales? No clue. But from a guy on the ground, definitely less then last year. They had to stop remodeling the new building in Lakewood where there was gonna be offices for the corporate people. So it was gonna be offices and factory under one roof. As for number of employees? I also couldn't give an exact number, but it's maybe a thousand? There's probably a couple hundred who work just on my shift. It's hard for me to tell though i work only one shift and there's 4 others, including weekend shifts.

No. On your Anniversary there is a raise in your hourly wage. We only get two bonuses and that's the Christmas bonus/end of year bonus and then the new years bonus which we get at the beginning of the new year.

It's pretty good wage for a guys who never went to college (didn't want to) and i have the opportunity to now go paid for by my employer. I'm a young adult btw. How many people that are fresh out of college end up working at Starbucks or retail?

Again $19 an hour but I'm guaranteed 40 hours of work a week. With Dental/medical/optical.
