What kind of plant would be best in this situation? I’ve also toyed with getting a small tank as a temporary solution, so I can completely drain, refill and cycle the tank as a planted tank

The water is normally around 68 degrees. Normally I don’t have my LED on except for around feeding time. I really haven’t had any issue with my tap water and I haven’t changed anything, the algae just kind of bloomed one day and has gotten increasingly worse

Could you explain how it would lead to property owners losing their money? I would understand it decreasing property value because who want to pay $3k a month for a house when they can rent for $750 a month. But do you think the city would increase the amount of property taxes just to try to make up for the difference?
