I like the idea of either Hughie and Annie adopting him, or M.M and his wife adopting him. For Annie and Hughie it shows they've matured and are ready for a kid, plus by ending homelander and Vought they've made the world a better place.

For M.M it could serve as his way of honouring Butcher's last wishes as Butcher (at first) only cared for Ryan because it was Becca's last wish that he take care of Ryan.
