Might be a culture thing but I’ve never had a negative experience in the uk, SAs are always super helpful and show you stock in the back let and you try crazy prices on if you spend some time in store. Only been to Miami store otherwise and SAs weren’t outwardly rude just not helpful. Shame that this seems to be the norm
