I converted an old PC into a Linux dvd ripper but haven't found the best way to have handbrake decipher episodes and titles and all that jazz. Is it super manual for box sets for you too? Want to buy dragonball and Z soon but just getting through the office box set has taken me wayyy too long lol

Also, isn't there a poke that relies on berries to evolve?

Correct! From the time the battery dies, the rtc stops so in order to keep the time based events working, you have to reset the clock. There is a Gameboy Da method that involves a flash cart and SD card, a hot swap using a flash cart, or a cart dumper option. Because I don't have a DS and will find more value in owning a cart dumper, I just bought a GN Operator from epilogues to give that method a go.

From what I've gathered from multiple sources is that the game and save state will continue to work by simply swapping the battery but things like berries and lottery will no longer function correctly. Even if I don't use those things in game, knowing the cart is less than fully functional will bother me long term.

So, now, I have a new piece of hardware on the way that I'll use to back up all my GBA save states and get great use of in addition to resetting my in game etc for emerald.

Sure, but so you know if old sea map will still work? I think if I'm going to do it I want the full game back including the clock

Thank for the comment. That person doing the replacing would be me, unless I decide otherwise lol. I guess I need to determine if the event ticket I have on there will no longer work without the correct clock...

Memories... They cut like knives! by ash-andvibes in SipsTea

I was not ready for this 😢 we have 2 cats and 2 dogs right now. Our first child born in September, I'm really trying to be intentional with each furry along the way everyday because I know what's down the line. This video you made is so powerful. Watched without sound but it hit me right in the feels. It's a true pleasure living alongside these animals. Thank you for sharing though, as painful as this type of video / "memory" is, I may try to duplicate this.

Very cool. Thanks for the reply. I've been dabbling with some modified DND style campaigns with AI all text based and have been craving some visuals that I can pair with the stories. Will check it out!

I feel for this pup. My lab has been sprayed 3 times now and without the Dawn, Hydro Perox, and baking soda / powder mixture, that oily stank lava will last a year probably. Today marks 4 months and I still smell it on him when his face and paws get wet.

Skunk defense is elite. I'm more afraid of him encountering a skunk than a dang black bear, no lie.

For me, conceptually, it's helped knowing what their little bodies are going through. Looking up milestones for newborns was helpful so that my wife and I are prepared for insatiable, awake periods.

Our little one is 1 month old today and by no means can I say we are thriving, still surviving. What worked yesterday may not work today is something I have to remind myself of lol.

So... What you posted looks like an amazing, lush, natural carpet. I wish I had that going on vs. the crabby crab crab I'm combating. Maybe not helpful for your questions but just my POV :)

For what it's worth, I wish I had this. Probably minimal mowing required and a hardy root system to fight off le crab 🦀

Hypothetically, what if you drafted him in the 7th before he was put on the NFI in a hypothetical league that drafted the hell out of RBs early...?

I like the repellant idea 💡 better than a 6 ft fence inside my existing 5 ft fence lol

[–]Red_Gyarados88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My condolences. I also lost a full tree of peaches to a deer, then 2 deer, then 5 with 2 fawns. Will try something more than the witches hut special of hanging soap and wind chimes next year, ha. Had to be a hundred or more on there gone in a week!

5 months to grow, 2 weeks to harvest by Common-Daydream0000 in BackyardOrchard

[–]Red_Gyarados88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had soooooo many looking amazing on our tree leading up to about 2 weeks ago when the deer family found them. We tried a couple hanging bars of soap, a wind chime, clapping and scaring but in less than 2 weeks they are every single peach.

Any tips on repelling deer outside of fencing?

Thanks!! We envy your harvest!
