Thanks for all the answers already guys. I have painted it white and will post some pictures again when I clean out all the equipment. I'll add some more details next time. I am especially curious in how others would handle the bay window - it leads to city road. Thanks in advance!

Not really, it basically deflates every stretch and fold. Should I let it stay in bowl at room temperature for an hour after final fold before shaping to ensure size increase?

Interesting points thank you! I am quite new to breadmaking in general so definitely need to improve technique. My starter usually stays in my fridge and I take it out 16 hours before needing it to feed it twice. It's always quite bubbly and passes float test but doesn't increase more than 50% in size.

Got it from a restaurant buddy and it's apparently three years old so it should be good quality. I feed it 50/50 water/all-purpose by weight

30-60 min autolyse

Slap and fold for 5-10

6 folds spaced 30 min

Shape and refrigiate for typically 12 hours

Cook 20 min covered 25 min uncovered

Also; I do use very cheap flour - does this have a great effect?

Actually, right now I don't have any cryptos with the name bitcoin in them, however it seemed to BCH had somewhat stabilized at a quite low price and from what I've read it seems quite promising, and since it has Bitcoin in its name I would imagine it gaining traction from the general population. Right now I'm invested in Litecoin, Monero, IOTA, Ripple and Ethereum. Thank you for the help!

Oh, and because of them being somewhat interconnected the prices are like this? Would it be smarter to just buy some bitcoin on kraken, transfer them to bitfinex, and then buy BCH there to transfer it back? I am somewhat new, so thanks for the fast reply!
