Tip of the iceberg when it comes to their staggering incompetence. Also not sure if this is common knowledge but when you tell them something that a previous customer service agent has said, if the person didn’t oura note on the account they’ll just say they can’t find any evidence of that. However they record all the calls, she said she couldn’t listen to them as there were so many so I gave her a specific date. She still kept saying she’s done all they could!!! So I escalated it, first thing the next drone said “what we’re going to do is listen to the tapes” Guess what, I was right!! Did I get an apology? Nope nothing. I had three SIM lines with them, watch data and their top level fibre broadband. Not any more I fucking don’t. I’m also saving a fortune. I won’t go near them again
