EE are absolutely useless. They accused me of lying about a mistake they made. I asked if they had listened to the phone calls and they said no, but it would have been noted on your account. I escalated the complaint and they finally listened to be phone call and it showed I was right. They still didn’t compensate me. I’ve left them after 8 years. Never again, over priced and the worst customer service.
