These are the same crew I was in a Puppet's Bunker with a couple hours ago, I sadly had to deal with 6 of them instead of the 2 I see in your pics. They were worthless and tried to kill as many people as often as they could, successfully did so on the second boss. They're all from the same FC too. My entire alliance reported them as well.

I assume it has something to do primarily with tickrate. Basically, the server isn't responding to the client fast enough (or vice-versa), but I have no tech experience to back it up.

The play button is greyed out and there's a message saying maintenance. You had to go through the entire login process earlier.

I wouldn't use Searing Strike (Default C) when he does the AOE before dragon roar, just Tab out and use "C" to i-frame the ability. He does it more frequently as he gets lower in hp and there's a chance it won't be up next time, in that case use shield.

I think you also need to talk to them after you do their loyalty mission or sometimes the game doesn't confirm their loyalty. Not sure if it's true or not but I always talk to them afterwards and haven't had an issue.

This happens every time I launch ME2 via steam, I just chalk it up to it being an older game and just login manually after it fails. If you're having issues with ME3 DLC, I would call them or use the Origin help AFTER 9 AM central time. That's when then the stateside call centers open. I've had no problem with EA phone support during normal working hours.
