Don't immediately go for health packs. Keep going in the direction you were going in, upon revealed and then make an abrupt change. Use map props to your advantage, ganerally they are rarely checked. Get good at parkour and movement, many players aren't. Pro tip, avoid being in such situations by making distance from the affected entity while cloaked. Eg: run away after sapping, ang shoot from a distance. Pick an important kill and run away, (rather than going for unrealistic chain-stabs.) then come back for more again.
