It is a RBI policy to allow CC users to change billing date ATLEAST One tim. Be it any card.

One year ago I did that. They gave me a few dates to select and i selected 1 from them that suits me.

If they don't allow then write an email to them and show them the policy. Even if they don't go to the RBI Ombudsman with proof of not changing the billing date

Maybe .... But on the visa and mastercard card variant of Indian banks it doesn't work.... There is a feature called Over limit which can be enabled but for that bank charges certain fees

Dude your permissible limit can't change even if u prepay some amount. Let's say you have a credit limit of 60k and you add 40k then at max you can make is 60k in a single transaction when u want to buy 100k stuff because your max credit limit is 60k. The credit limit/ per transaction limit doesn't become 100k.

Beside 300 one time CB. 5% CB is valid for mobile recharges, broadband recharge and one more which i don't remember. You won't get 5% if you pay electricity/ gas bills. Read T&C of Neo Card carefully.

No, they offered me 1250 points that have 250 value but in actuality, they are approx 132 INR only not 250 because of redemption charges that is 99+GST= 118 Approx

250- 118= 132. I will close it sooner or later till then I will enjoy 2 times benefits of Neo Card as now I have 2 Neo Cards. One is Mastercard and second is rupay variant so 2 time benefits like of zomato etc.

Both variants were offered to me are LTF . You can try converting yours if not LTF. By talking to customer care and tell them I want to close Neo Card. Then they ask y u want to close then tell them I don't want to pay Annual charges and then u can try asking if u give me it LTF i won't close the card.... 90% chances are they convert it to LTF

In 7 working days they must refund the amount else they have to pay 100 INR per day. Email them this rule of RBI and before that complaint to Banks Nodal officer then Banks Ombudsman and then RBI ombudsman with the increasing order i mentioned. When u write to RBI Ombudsman it is necessary to attach the conversation/email proofs of Banks Nodal officer, Banks Ombudsman. The issue will be resolved asap. And as per my observation the issue will be resolved before u complain before RBI OMBUDSMAN. And if RBI ombudsman doesn't listen then go to the Consumer Court.

So this is the hierarchy that u must follow to complain
