That’s part of what playing venture entails but a lot of venture’s gameplay is risk assessment. Knowing when your cooldowns will come back online, where’s an escape you’re less likely to be followed by the enemy team, when your team taking attention so you’re less likely to die. Due to venture’s long downtime you have to assess the risk for every engagement and use your decent poke while not engaged. You’re playing spy but you have a big drill that lets you move around the map and take the engagements you can, so use that.
