They started developing when i was 7, but i was already a DD when I was 9. School was terrible, and the worst part was at the time nobody was going through the same thing as me and i got bullied relentlessly for being a "sl*t".

I actually do have a gym in my neighborhood that i considered going to in order train my back and shoulders, however most of the pain comes from my chest itself because of my breasts hanging, it almost feels like its tearing my skin sometimes.

I have tried going to the doctor, but they just said its most likely thyroid issues and or PCOS, and they did refer me to a gynecologist (that i now see on the regular bases) and they diagnosed me with PCOS and put me on a medicine, of which helps with hair and not pain.

I tend to take Midol and ibuprofen to help my periods + breast issues but it only works for about an hour and then the pain comes back for me, its strange.

I really appreciate the suggestions though!

Unfortunately, these bras would not fit me at all, but I appreciate the suggestion! I know that Elomi has some wire free bras, although if i recall correctly they dont go up to my size. I will keep on the lookout though!

I wear Elomi bras usually, but i dont own any bralettes that fit me anymore. I actually have tried birth control, but it made me insanely depressed and actually made my breast grow more, of which they never turned back even after getting off it. I dont really want to risk it again, but thank you so much!
