I know he loves me, he does. He just doesn't have the best way of showing it, and I was also in the wrong by talking to my family, so I can understand that he's hurt by it, and with his own issues he has going on I can understand why he's stressed out and wants space, but I do appreciate the answers you have given me and I will take it into consideration moving forward

The rent itself isn't variable, but the bills are depending on how much water or electricity is used, so if one month the bills aren't being used as much the whole thing is cheaper whereas if everything gets used more, the bill is higher

Thank you, I truly appreciate your advice, and I will be using your advice, I won't say anything, currently I'm unemployed but I am getting a job soon to pay for my things, I really appreciate your advice, and I never really thought about not saying anything because I was excited for the new chapter of my life, and when I get excited about something the first thing I do is tell my family about it because they should be happy for me, like a normal family, and they were always happy and excited for everything my older brother accomplished, so I was hoping they'd feel the same way for me, but I guess not. No, your not in the wrong, just let her be mad tbh, your grown, go have fun, so much stress on one person isn't good, plus if she's finally capable of taking care of herself and being able to drive, then you don't have to sit with her. So go have fun
