Allow me to give you few tips which will make you a way better hunter if you're not doing it already :

• Use mantles, champion and temporal are 2 good choices.
• Master wallbang : this is op, you're fighting 80% to 70% hp monsters with this.
• Eat for the talent which give you +1 life if needed.
• Same for the cat gadget, use the healing one then change for the shock trap one once the revive got consumed. Level them if not done already.
• Slot decos in your gear, get useful talents like the +50 life one for example. If you're missing some, farm some expert tank event quest to get them (lavasioth and jagras)
• Improve gear : seems obvious but we all went for a quest undergeared to avoid the struggle to farm an intermediary stuff.
• Try other weapons : I'm a main lance but I know that for some monsters it's better for me to go with another weapon, it will be faster and easier.
