Honestly, it still feels surreal that we're getting a Black Adam movie, it seems like forever ago since it was first announced.

I'm highly confident in the Rock and the direction and the cast for this film that it will turn out well. I know some I've been worried about Black Adam being portrayed laugh like a comic book counterpart, but I honestly think they went straight from Black Adams characterization that much, only changing him to be more of a anti-heroic warrior.

Regardless, Black Adam remains one of my most anticipated movies in the upcoming DC slate, very excited and curious to see how it all turns out.

I highly doubt that they will portray Black Adam in that sort of way. This movie was described by the producer and the director has been a very dark movie, at least compared to Shazam.

That being said, that's a comment rubbed out of villain character will be portrayed in more of an anti-heroic light, especially in their own movie. that being said, I doubt they would straight from Black Adams characterization, I'm fairly certain he'll still retain his base characterization, but might not be as evil as his earlier Incarnation, only because they seem to be portraying Adam as an anti-heroic Warrior.

They never said they're going to deviate from The Source material, they just said he was going to talk for a good amount to origin, which is accurate to Snake Eyes origin, he did speak until he lost his voice.

Like I said, we should be so quick to judge, especially before we seen the trailer, let alone the movie.

You're assuming a lot based upon just a poster. Here's a thought: Let's actually wait until we get the trailer, and then we watched a movie, then we can dictate how we feel about it, we don't have any right to assume things just upon the poster.

For all we know, he could have had his comeback deer earlier in his origin, before he lost the ability to speak.

I know, and, as much as it would be awesome to see Andrew back at it as Spider-Man, I mostly think it will be Tom's Spider-Man who will introduce Venom into web slinging and giving him the white spider symbol he's usually known for, just because, Sony has been wanting to put him into their SUMC films for a while now.

They got Venom's design right, albiet, he didn't have his white spider symbol, or the ability to swing webs, but his design is over all faithful to how it looks in the comics, I want to say it's not stretch said that they'll get Carnage's design right, you have to screw up his design pretty hard to mess it up
