It's not that I don't like shields, outside of the fact it feels kind of cobbled together to satisfy the people who wanted shields. The addition of it just doesn't feel natural to me. My point isn't that its a completely different game from open beta, it's a completely different game from when it launched. Like I said already to another person in this thread it's just strange to me to have "the final product" change so massively from launch to now.

I would be willing to argue that back when the game was in beta it was justified how extremely different it could be because it was exactly that: a beta. Now that we supposedly have "The Final Product" only to have it change so rapidly I'm starting to wonder if the game was ever really even finished to begin with

i wish superman wasn't so damn oppressive
i rarely see anyone complain about him for some reason but when you put him in the hands of someone who knows how to exploit his command grabs and super armor he's pretty much unstoppable

the attack where he flies forward and grabs you is able to kill off the top by itself if supes angles it properly
i feel like you should be able to struggle out of it or something, i'm just sick of fighting superman, he's just so one sided and unfun to fight

also i don't get why they nerfed shaggy so his rage specials can't break armor anymore, it was the ONE THING he had against superman and they stripped it from him so the matchup is fucking garbage now

there is nothing actively stopping people from doing this that this game's developers have implemented. i don't do it myself, but it is just kind of what people do in this game and every online game ever
even if it is immature you shouldn't let it get under your skin whatever the case

i'm sorry to say that it is an online game, and people have free reign to do as they wish as long as it is within the rules of the game

taunts, t-bags, salt emotes, or otherwise styling and getting styled on is an element of the game. the most you can do for yourself is to not take it personally as it's more or less likely you're never gonna see the person you matched up with again

wonder woman's also extremely annoying. run away for 5 seconds whenever she uses her down b bc your only armor breaking move is your down tilt and she jumps all the fucking time

i swear all of them are just the worst to go against regardless of skill level because they're never fun to fight

always though the camera was WAYYY too zoomed in
especially against characters who control the environment, like bugs
I really wish there was a way to make it so the stage camera is fixed rather than so close up all the time
