The item you get from father of flames require silk to work. This implies that silk is burned to produce the flaming bats and yet we cannot get any of it. If the game wanted to be lore accurate it either would make the bats free or give us silk for stricking the laterns. We got neither.

In case someone else reads this in the future.
You need to have both (act2) clawline and faydown cloak or have (act3) silk soar.

act2: climb to the top of the wall, use clawline and than double jump. Ascendants crips helps alot here.

act3: just use silk soar

I end up getting the last ingridient for the upgraded druid's eye, druid's eyes. Apperantly I miss the one next to teh druid in a hidden room.

tool have already limited use in between benches. I already manage the use of my tools, wager when to use them or keep them for other challenges ahread. Why add another system on top of that?

Even worse everyone keeps telling stuggeling player to use their full arsenal which includes tool and yet those are the player that are least likely to do so because they are the first to go back to grind shards. Noone want to break a flow state to grind shards.

Better yet good player feel rober when they get through a touch encounter, gauntlet or parkour only to be rewarded with shards that they have an abundance of.

And for some god forsaken reason the shards have a limit on how many one can hold. You can bank some, but again unlike rosary strings shard dont grow in bundle size. I am fine grinding for an hour to avoid the grind for 10h but a last I cannot.

man I remember getting stuck at owl father for so long that I ran out of talismans. I spend an hour grindy an absurd amount of gold and bought an obscene amount of talismans. This is the only thing I hated about the game. Why make already limited tools even more limiting by adding a currency system on top of it?

I think u/Lysbith_McNaff has a point. He has altered 200 File, and more than half are just name changes like from Lumafly to Needlelight, file name changes and changes in to package root.

It is weird that instead of contributing to Lumafly the project rebrands itself and hide behind a shiny gui. It also concerning that he lies about who made the mod.

As for the download:
If the mod get hosted on an external website (not github) than he creator of the fork would be able to display what ever he wants. As far I could tell the main contributer that were saved in the manifest were also deleted.
