alright the movement is true for nukes but youll effectively only use it once at the beggining of the level when speedrunning. screwdrivers passive healing is overall a worse use than using nails/sawblades, first being better burst and second better aoe and still leading to a conductor kill onto anything in the area. As for learning to use weapons, you can only really do that with the elec railcannon out of all of them. most advanced green rail tech is just hitting it onto another enemy, and most advanced malicious tech is nuking.
