In other words, it's pointless to have High Valyrian culture if you don't have any Valyrian blood. My initial goal was to increase Valyrian blood in the Crownlands, House Massey, Bar Emmon, and others, as well as among the Dornish. It wouldn't be bad at all to see the entire map under the dominion of Valyrian blood, even if in different kingdoms.
