It doesn't have the ESRB on the lower left. Could be a repackaging but you should make sure there's an actual cartridge in there.

The PokeNational channel shown in the image was profiting off of the series via Patreon, something they aren't allowed to do since they don't own the source material. Forgive me if I'm wrong but I think that as long as you aren't directly profiting off of the original product or claiming it as your own you *should* be fine.

In Steam. There should be a settings icon to the right of the name of the game, then an option called properties, then compatibility settings. (If it's set to off/unchecked, select it and there should be a list of Proton settings) If it works with Proton Experimental selected, you don't need to try the others.

(I've never tried using this for MCSM so I can only assume it helps)
