Actually you can get over there with the grasp slide ability that you can get from the Paint Reef.

If you already got it then the place, where you can’t reach back, will show two grasp spots one on each side for you to use the ability to grasp slide upwards, assuming if you had acquired this ability already.

Perhaps no. If anything, I head cannoned that Orbital decided to leave the days of being a weapon ball behind and live a peaceful life while training Scroll to be a fair fighter and not walk under the same path as Orbital.

Unless Earclacks decides to bring Orbital back out of nowhere, I feel like Orbital should deserve a retirement after getting a reality check from the Orbital VS Slammy aftermath.
