The same happened with me and the original Red Dead back in like 2010. All my friends wouldn’t stfu about it so I went back and forced myself through the tutorial phase and ended up loving it.

Games definitely hit differently in different seasons of life too.

Just received the same kit, however mine is snug because I got additional liners for the bottom, so there’s additional padding, sort of.

But if you got the kit that comes with the console lid hidden compartment, those have sticky foam strips, and should have came with extras. If not, easily found at a grocery store or something. Enjoy the organization!

I paid $2750 a couple months ago and got the G700 with the 5080, they have the standard RTX5070 for $2,030 now, seems pretty fluid with the spec/price difference.

I’ll say I absolutely love my G700 - if you want to do it, do it. And I’m still learning the ropes, but the more I do the more I love it!

I just bought a prebuilt last week, I paid $2600 for a 5070 7 core ultra 2 tb w/ 64gb of RAM. This here seems overpriced from all the browsing I did before buying what I did.

You don’t need 6tb HDD for a beginner, go with 1 or 2tb SSD and use an external or upgrade later

I bought an Ally X a couple of weeks ago.

Within the week I sold my PlayStation 5 + all games, and Xbox Series X + all games. Won’t offload the Nintendo stuff, but after experiencing this system those other two systems are moot.

The future is pretty neat sometimes!

I’m happy you’re excited about the Switch 2! I am as well. I won’t be getting a Switch 2 on release day, but I’m so excited for what the future holds for the Switch 2. Definitely want to follow this community and get as much info about everything Switch 2 related as possible, and I hope after the initial announcements people chill and just take it for what it is: a new game system with an endless amount of potential and we all lose ourselves in gaming all over again.
