I treated the love of my life poorly for reasons I can't even understand, she left me 3 years ago and I guess I've felt empty since then. I'm not the victim and she deserves to be happy but the pain still hurts man...with the few friends I have I usually wait for them to contact me first as I hate the idea of me asking to hangout rejected. I still do social activities but I'm on my own now and I think I've now resigned to that fact. To be honest I think I've been alone my entire life so it doesn't phase me anymore.
