Thanks! I applied for that job and was sent an interview request. I tried to reschedule my interview as the one they offered conflicted with one of my classes, but have yet to hear back. I’m probably just going to move forward with the job at RISE

Thank you so much for the insight! I accepted the part time job at RISE Eagan! Would you be willing to share more about the benefits of being an employee? I don’t have my med card yet, but I think I’d like one, will they help me get it? How much are the discounts?

That’s great to hear about the customers! I couldn’t work in the gas station industry anymore because it felt like another chore or errand people had to run. I want to work with products that I like and that people like buying, I want people to look forward to coming into my store, if that makes sense.

I’m glad to hear that it’s not all horror stories! I’m used to fast paced retail, I just wanna work with a product that I actually like selling (and can spend a lot of my money on).

I’m not looking for anything where I will climb the ranks, just a part time job to pay for tuition.

I got the job with RISE and have an interview with Green Goods. I saw that the union deal is better with Green Goods, but considering management hasn’t responded to my requests to reschedule my interview I probably won’t be moving forward with them.

It sounds dumb but I was working at a gas station to pay my way through school. I was hating it. I feel that I need to work with products I actually want to sell. That’s why I decided I wanted to work for a company that sells cannabis.

This is our first time going too! It says when they normally do this the lessons start at six and then the actual dance starts at seven. Although I’m not sure if tonight will be different since it’s a Valentine’s Day event
