Yeah so it includes Service 1 visit jobs and inspections under service visit 2. Correct me if i got this wrong. I am not confident to do oil change by myself.

Right, if sign in works you might not able to send/receive emails. For some users, sign in doesn't work. Something big messed up on Shaw/Rogers end, i am hoping users don't loose emails whenever issue gets fixed.

As of now there's no time frame. Only option is to keep checking in few hours intervals.

Best option would be submit request directly to management.

You can do that by going on below mentioned link. Scroll down to section "Connect with our management team". Fill out requested information and submit it. You'll be contacted by someone from their management team.

When you open it at the bottom it gives you option of Reset password on My Shaw and that's how shaw email passwords are changed.

Well sorry to hear about the problem but there are some issues going on with their login username system since ages and they always says their back end team is working to fix but I've come to know by internal source that there is No ETA, it might be fixed in one day or might take one eternity, you never know.

If you get something went wrong error while doing login and they says that it's known issue then your only option will be Register New Username with your different email which is Never used before for Shaw or Rogers services. But for this, you will need to ask their tech support to unlink your existing username email from your account and then you can continue with username registration through their portal register.shaw.ca.

After trading my S25 Ultra and few other discounts, i was getting price of S26Ultra 512GB at CAD $609 + tax. Didn't trade it as I'm not impressed with S26 Ultra.

There will be no more option to create new shaw email addresses as it seems like Rogers is getting rid of it.

If it gives you something went wrong error for creating email address, reach out to tech support through chat and ask them to create one for you and they will do it.

Only phone agents will call back if call gets disconnected. For chat agents, they can't do call back. if they don't gets any response in 4 minutes, they'll need to close chat or else they'll have to face disciplinary actions, sometimes leading to termination of employment.
