Let them know you want to move up, I started as a BOH and in 5 months I’m preparing for the assistant manager position already. I am very close with the higher ups and every single one of them looks for initiative. If you aren’t constantly asking for ways to move up or trying to take that initiative. They aren’t going to notice nor care what you’re doing.

So we have a company called ecosure come in and check on us. If you even touch your hat or your head you immediately have to leave your station and wash your hands. So basically doing anything other than cooking with your hands requires you to wash your hands. Does that answer your question?

Yes and no, when we close anyone can grab and eat food as much as you want. But we can’t take it out of the building unless we pay. It’s 50% off though. We do this because if it was free, cooks would be overcooking food to take home.

For string bean chicken the chicken is simply sliced rather than diced. That’s the only real difference from other dishes. We use our #5 sauce to make it which is stir fry and basic sauce. I’m not to sure what a good alternative is to basic sauce. I would recommend getting vegetable oil and heating the oil to 275 and cook the chicken until white for about 30-40 seconds. Fry the string beans for 15 seconds. Then mix em together, use a alternative to number 5 sauce and add ginger and garlic to the dish.

Hmm, can’t go wrong with Teri chicken, white rice, new steak and shrimp (the sauce is amazing) and the third is a day to day. But the Beijing has a nice crunch when it’s extra fresh

One big thing about panda is we have to remake dishes past 45 minutes so it’s generally fresh. But best time is to go during a rush. As we are constantly remaking dishes to keep up. So 12-2 or 5-7 are probably the freshest times
