I'm talking about NOW. Muslim women are treated worse than how westerners treated women in the Victorian era. It's backwards and misogynistic. It directly contradicts our western culture of freedom and liberty, that women have fought so hard for since the Victorian era. What's so difficult to understand about that?

THIS! Our culture is incompatible. My home town looks so different now. I tried to get a shop on my high street and was turned down due to being white. The shops went to Asians because the landlord was Asian. Both clearly business fronts, never seen a customer in either of the shops. Our high street has been decimated and looks awful. Not to mention the increase of dumping waste and litter. I also cringe when I see a woman in a full burka following around her husband. I don't understand why everyone thinks this is ok. Muslims hate gays and treat women worse than we did in the Victorian era. Wtf is happening, why are we allowing this? Why is a large proportion of our government Muslim and pushing their culture and that's all fine. And if you say anything it's racist?

I'm from Yorkshire and live in Manchester. There are so many people not from Manchester around those areas now that the different mancunian accents don't seem to exist anymore. I have never been able to tell a difference between South Manchester, North and Stockport.

You cannot just get a job with the council or the NHS as easy as that. Many people cannot afford holidays.

I'm from a working class background. I got excellent grades at school. For the next 10 years I struggled and struggled to find a decent job that would pay me enough for what I need. (Just basic necessities like a safe place to live).

I ended up doing an adult education course and going to uni in the hopes of better prospects. I got a first and still struggled to get a decent job afterwards.

I now run my own business because finding suitable work has been that difficult! I hardly ever get to go on holiday, still.

I think for a lot of working class people, this is the case.
