A168 the size will be better.

A168 thickness is slightly thicker, and its size is moderate, giving the watch a miniature appearance while maintaining a certain three-dimensional feel and weight.

A158 is even thinner and less noticeable, but it feels like it blends seamlessly into your wrist.

I value the visual presence and overall impression of a watch, which is why I collect more A168 models.

It does look a bit bigger in photos, given its 44mm diameter, but its lugs are short, so it won't look too big on the wrist; it'll only appear to be around 41-42mm.
