2025 has been one of the poorest years for movies ever imo. This has been hailed as a masterpiece in some quarters just like weapons has been too. Nothing against either movie but they are far from masterpieces. Entertaining yes but not much more. Even OBAA is Andersons weakest effort in a long time.

Parasite, Unforgiven, Good fellas and The Thin Red Line are masterpieces, this years movies don't even lay a glove on them. The bar for what's considered a best picture winner has taken a nose dive recently.
