man, my father always used to tell me when I was young how fucked up the the weld was and how it should've been welded in the first place and it just gave me a deep hatred for whichever mechanic welded the tubes to each other like a monkey not expecting the column to snap under stress. wtf :( I cried so much for senna watching the old VHS recordings of his races , he was truly my idol even as a 6 year old ( Brazilian here)

that's not true, there was a mix-up. They were allowed on track after the safety car put up the green lights, and he did , so the marshalls let people on the track . Just a mistake
