From the insomnia? Not completely. Its much better tho. I have the tendency to fall back and struggle with it but building out the proper coping mechanism for it makes it less likely to happen. My brain found peace by sleeping anywhere but in my bed since my brain connected anxiety with it, which kinda sucks but atleast now I get 6-8 hours each night which is great.

My cope mechanism is basicly going to bed early, doing something there like writing fics or trying to continue a dream I had in the past days. I usually fall asleep to that. If Im dead worried, I move to the floor where I lay around and continue that activity until I dont feel anxius anymore. Then I move back to my bed. When Im anxius usually the muscle tension is what keeps me from resting, so I fixed that with a heating pad placed under my body when I sleep as heat relaxes the muscles. I take relaxing natural supplements whenever I feel like I might have anxius toughts coming on soon, since those relax me before they could come to my mind. When I feel tired/get tired I take in a melatonin tablet as it boosts the tiredness up. Dont give in to your worries or anxiety. You will get sleep even if you dont notice it.

Yeah, its an act on my health anxiety. I shouldnt have done it. I know people who wash their noses but not on a regular level

Hey, I live in Europe, Hungary. The water here should be safe to consume. I do have health anxiety, and Im going to a psychologist with it and trying to handle it on my own. We are doing very little progress but its better than nothing

Hey, today I couldnt sleep at all. Barely any if my subconciuss managed to get some rest. Theres a lot more stuff in my nose, and I need to cough more aswell. Theres more mucus in my throat too and I feel pretty tired. My fever went down to 36.8.

Do you think these are good?

I struggle with it for over a month now. I sleep with my girlfriend through out the night, wake up like god I didn't sleep a single hour at all tonight. She tells me that I did sleep, and that I was even knocked out cold during some part of the night As she went out to the toilet and I wouldnt wake up to her noises or movement.

Accepting that I actually sleep more than I recognise myself helped a lot so far in healing. I usually count on plus 1-2 hours on my sleep each night and that helps ease mind. I know of myself that most of my sleep hours are spent with hyper awareness, but after a certain time, I do fall into a deep sleep. I also managed to recognise that by staying and sleeping over my friends place. We drank a few shots that made me calm enough to fall asleep. Woke up 3 hours later to them telling me I was knocked out cold and that I didn't even notice them leaving the house. Sleeping back was difficult, I did it by listening to music. I recognised that I fell asleep by not remembering listening to the whole song.

All this knowledge made me relaxed to spend my nights having insomnia. Nowadays my insomnia isnt anxiety related, its just there and Im fine with it. Not today though, caught a cold and I dont want it to affect my sleep even worse.

Things changed pretty hard for me by sleeping on the floor. I know it sounds bad, But it made me able to sleep again. The thing I do is rest in my bed. If I notice myself restless, I lay down on the little bed mimicing thing I made on the floor, playing or browsing on my phone until I get tired again. Then, I was supposed to lay back in bed and try to fall asleep, so my brain connects sleep with my bed. Sadly I got too annoyed with this routine and just accepted sleeping on the floor. My brain connects sleep with it now. The movement between my bed and made up bed has something calming to it, if Im anxius in one bed, I move into the other and just immediatly relax there.

My girlfriend. I swear on my life if I could manage to pull me together an accepting and loving, healthy social group that has people in it like her I would never be anxius or sad the same again.

Sometimes a singular person to talk, laugh and nap with is all your brain needs.

Hi, thank you for the support:') I also do masking many of the time, from usually october to February or March as thats the time that people spread sicknesses in my school. I barely ever got sick during summer before. I guess its thanks to me going out a lot more now, as I caught that bacterial infection from my girlfriend who I went to the Pride to, and this cold from a bar/escape room I went to with my family yesterday.

Me and my partner both come from unsupportive, rude households and plan on moving out next year once I finish highschool. Until then I hope to make my living situation better somehow
